About Me
I am first and foremost a proud mom of two and wife of one.

"It only takes a spark..." is the tag line for my ministry because it has been the truth of my life. My love of the written and spoken word was sparked in first grade when I learned to read. The spark of love for my husband started with the fact that Paul made it through three dates and the spark of God grew out of an after school program held in the basement of a farm house.
Paul and I will be celebrating 13 years of marriage August 2009 and have had the privilege of parenting over 100 children. After one year serving in "traditional" youth ministry, we learned about working with troubled teens in group home settings and served in three different homes with both boys and girls. We've also opened our home to foster children and parent two little blessings that belong to us.
We have a great heart for youth, parents and the relationship between the two.
